Shipping

When will my order ship? 

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days for any items that are currently in stock.

Back-ordered or pre-order items will ship within 6-10 weeks of purchase.

How much is shipping? 

Shipping within the USA is $5.
Worldwide shipping cost varies depending on your location.
Shipping is free for orders over $25 (US), $75 (Canada) and $100 (Worldwide).

International Shipping

*International orders are subject to customs, duties, and/or taxes determined by the country destined for delivery. We, NOVAXCO, are not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes. All fees associated with importation must be paid by the package recipient. If customs, duties and/or taxes are not paid by the package recipient, your order will not be refunded.

*The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes NOVAXCO to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that NOVAXCO may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic: USPS standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for domestic orders.

International: International shipping is estimated at 7-20 days but can take longer.

Please note that these are estimates from the shipping provider and cannot be guaranteed. There is a possibility of delay that is out of our control, no refunds or returns will be granted for delayed mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What happens if I used the wrong address?

If your order has already shipped, there is nothing we can do.

However, if you contact us before your order is scheduled to ship we can do our best to change the address for you!

NOVAXCO is not responsible for incorrect addresses, mail forwarding issues, or lost mail unless the package was insured.

Tracking says my package was delivered but I have not received it yet?

Sometimes orders are marked as delivered by USPS before they are actually delivered so tracking information may be incorrect. Please double-check that the address you provided at checkout was correct. Your order will likely be delivered still but to be safe be sure to check with your neighbors for your order.

My package was returned to sender, what do I do?

If your package was returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible to cover shipping costs for us to get it shipped back to you. Please contact us ASAP to get the package shipped to your correct address.

Yes! We ship worldwide to select countries at this time.
